How it Works
Thank you for visiting ClearCorrect's online store. On this site, you may view our merchandise selection and place orders for items right from your computer - no need to call a sales rep!
To create your order, simply add each item that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". To place your order, review your shopping cart and click the big green "Check Out" button. All you'll have to do next is enter the payment and shipping information for your order and your provider email, and you're all set!
How to Order
Can I place an order internationally?
We provide merchandise to US and Canada only at this time. If you are looking for merchandise internationally, please contact your local ClearCorrect distributor.
Do I have to enter my payment information?
Yes. You will be prompted to enter in your payment information when making a purchase on the store. You can "create an account" in the store to make future visits more efficient if you like.
What does it mean when an item is marked "sold out"?
When an item is marked as "sold out", we are unable to fill orders due to low levels of inventory. You may sign up to be notified by email when an item comes back in stock, so you'll be first to order next time!
What does "backorder" mean?
It means that our supply needs a little more time to catch up to our demand! It also means that we will ship that item out just a little later than normal. Have no fear - you will be notified by email when the backordered item ships out.
Can I order ClearCorrect treatment plans in the store?
Nope - you may only order merchandise items here. All cases and treatment plans must be purchased in ClearComm, as usual.
When will my order ship out?
Your order will ship within 24 hours. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm CST. Any backordered items will ship out separately.
When will my order arrive?
This depends on your location. We ship our packages by FedEx Ground from Round Rock (Austin), Texas. For most domestic orders, we estimate a 5-7 day delivery time. See the FedEx shipping times here.
Can I expedite my shipping?

Can you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, we are able to ship items to providers in Puerto Rico. Please note that additional shipping charges may occur.
Can you ship outside the U.S.?
We ship to Canada and the US.
Can you ship out my order with my next case shipment?
In short, no. Our merchandise and manufacturing departments are located in two separate sections of our headquarters in Round Rock (Austin), and it would be almost impossible (and quite chaotic) if we tried to put the right merchandise orders in the right case shipments. Also, the case shipment boxes are specially designed to fit the contents of a ClearCorrect phase, and not much else. It's best to keep the two separated, so that both departments can run efficiently.

Unopened, unused merchandise
ClearCorrect will gladly accept returns on all unopened and unused merchandise items within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds will only be issued once the items have been returned to our facilities and received by our Provider Resources department.
Opened, used merchandise
ClearCorrect will gladly issue a full refund in the original method of payment for any opened or used merchandise items, as long as the merchandise is in its original packaging and can be resold. Any opened or used merchandise that cannot be resold, is no longer sterile, or is not in its original packaging may be returned for a credit on the provider’s account, minus a restocking fee.
For merchandise that is defective or otherwise unusable, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment, or as a credit towards the provider’s account. The validity of the claim of defective merchandise will be determined on a case by case basis.
ClearCorrect will not refund any shipping charges.
