These pliers are for increasing pressure on a tooth to help make difficult tooth movements or to increase retention of the aligner. Use them to place small 1mm x 1mm deep dimples into your aligner. Unlike similar pliers from other companies, these pliers do not require heating of the aligner tray or plier.
